Job Description
Job tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Ability to work independently
  • Hiring and managing a team
  • Creating and organization of company filing system
  • Payroll and time tracking for employees
  • AP/AR
  • Liaison between company and vendors. 
Ability to organize and multi-task is a MUST.  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks and the exceptional organizational skills are a must.  Must have High School Diploma or GED as well as 1 year in each: Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, HR.

Candidate must submit to a background check and a drug screen.
