We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Assistant to join our team at
Bridge Property Management Group. The Property Assistant will play a critical role in
supporting our daily operations by handling a variety of tasks related to property
management. This role requires a strong ability to work independently, communicate
effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Maintenance Coordinator, ensuring timely communication with maintenance
staff and tenants for repairs and services.
- Assist in collections, including following up with tenants on late payments and managing
payment schedules.
- Perform general filing duties to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
- Purchase necessary supplies for property management operations.
- Answer phones professionally and provide excellent customer service to tenants,
vendors, and team members.
- Input data accurately into our property management system.
- Handle various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage high-stress situations and multitask efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Able to receive and follow directions effectively.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data input systems.
