ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Communications & Marketing Manager and executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, and documents for various meetings.
• Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day operations of the Communications & Marketing Manager and executive office.
• Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by Communications & Marketing Manager, executives, committees and boards of directors.
• Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for committee, board, and other meetings.
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, purchase orders and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
• Assist with company communication strategies to enhance the organization's internal and external communication channels.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, community partners and local government officials.
• All other duties as assigned by manager.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree (four-year accredited college/university): Required. Field of Study Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Three to five years’ experience preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office, and knowledgeable with graphic design software.
• A valid driver’s license.
