Property Manager

We are looking for a Property Manager with experience in Section 8 housing to manage residential properties. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Section 8 tenants and be knowledgeable about housing regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of properties.

• Handle tenant applications and screenings, including Section 8 tenants.

• Ensure properties meet Section 8 inspection standards.

• Address tenant concerns and maintenance requests.

• Work with local housing authorities to stay compliant with Section 8 guidelines.

• Maintain accurate property records.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing Section 8 housing.

• Knowledge of Section 8 housing rules and regulations.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle tenant inquiries and property issues professionally.
