Join us for the first YPC Lunch with a Leader of the new year featuring guest speaker Lisa Lovelace, President & CEO, Bradley Medical Center - Vitruvian Health ABOUT LISA In August 2024, the Vitruvian Health Care System made history by naming Lisa Lovelace, MBA, MA, the first female CEO in the history of what is now Bradley Medical Center, a facility that has served the healthcare needs of the Cleveland community for over seven decades. With more than 26 years of healthcare leadership experience, Lisa has been recognized as a leader who helps grow and mentor those around her and works to align teams to solve problems. Lisa is a graduate of Bradley Central High School and was proud to return to Cleveland as a healthcare executive starting out at Bradley Medical Center’s Westside Campus in the physician services division. During her subsequent 13-year role as Assistant Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer at Bradley, Lisa was one of the driving forces to bring growth in key specialty services such as cardiology, neurology and primary care, ensuring local access to high quality, compassionate healthcare. Though her career accomplishments have presented other regional leadership opportunities, Lisa’s heart remained in Cleveland, where she has been a true servant to her community and contributed to several local boards, including the YMCA, Family Resource Agency and as a panel/committee member for United Way.
