Join the Small Business Development Center at Cleveland State as Daniel Peterson, CPA, provides an overview of the various types of federal and Tennessee taxes imposed on small businesses. Peterson will discuss forms of organization and tax implications of each form. Following the presentation, he will spend some time on specific questions and answers.
