Event Description:
Daniel Peterson, CPA, will provide an overview of the various types of federal and Tennessee taxes imposed on small businesses. Discussion will be held on forms of organization and tax implications of each form. Following the presentation, Mr. Peterson will spend some time on specific questions and answers.
