As part of our ongoing business training, the Tennessee Small Business Development Center at Cleveland State is presenting a Tax Obligations for Small Businesses seminar. Daniel Peterson, CPA, will provide an overview of the various types of federal and Tennessee taxes imposed on small businesses. Discussion will be held on forms of organization and tax implications of each form.
