Crisis Communication
Sergeant Evie West with the Cleveland City Police Department will speak on the Do's and Don'ts on Crisis Communication. Crisis on any level needs to be communicated thoroughly and in a manner the public can understand and be at ease. West works closely with the media and knows connections with radio, television and newspapers are important in getting information out to the public.
Please plan to attend this informative meeting and/or send a representative in your place. This is a great time to review your crisis communication plan!
