CASA staff will share about the organization's mission and its impact on the community, including the children served. While at the courthouse, Case Manager, Ralf Santiago, will give a tour and brief description of what takes place in the courtroom. Two experienced volunteer advocates will share their experiences and what their role looks like when taking on a case and advocating for a child. The event will conclude with a time for Q&A. This event is meant to give an insider's perspective on the organization in order to inform and educate community members who are unaware of CASA and/or interested in becoming involved with the agency. About CASA of Bradley & Polk Counties is a non-profit that works with local volunteers to make sure the voices of abused and neglected children are heard.
