On Monday, October 2, 2017, communities across the nation will join NOPE Task Force in hosting the Annual NOPE Candle Light Vigil in memory of those lost to and those suffering from substance abuse. This is the third year the GRAAB Coalition. This event is part of the G.R.A.A.B. Coalition's 31 Days of Prevention.
