Event Description:
The 43rd annual Joe Rodgers Sr. Memorial Civitan Golf Tournament will tee off Saturday, June 17, at 2 p.m. at Chatata Valley Golf and Country Club. Lunch will be provided beginning at 12:30 p.m. by Stadium BBQ. Cost for the tournament is $300 per four-person team. Prizes will be awarded for Closest to the Pin and a Hole in One. Team registration deadline is June 12. The tournament raises funds for Bradley and Polk county Special Olympics, special needs community, Civitan Dance and this year's project to provide new pavilions and restroom at the All-Inclusive Playground near Stuart Elementary School. If you are not a golfer, you may support the event as a hole sponsor, drink cart sponsor or Friend of Civitan.
